TPMS

The Pinnacle Total Project Management System (TPMS) is the platform on which several of our software products have been built. TPMS provides the fundamental construct (e.g., system functionality, database, graphical user interface, reporting, universal access, etc.) that supports a variety of applications across industries.

TPMS Telecom

The Pinnacle TPMS Telecom solution was developed specifically for the needs of the Telecommunications industry. Utilizing the TPMS platform, the Telecom product’s architecture allows for easy integration of telecommunication specific tasks and work order functionality.

TPMS Property Management

The Pinnacle TPMS Property Management solution is a real-time, web-based solution that has been developed around the industry-specific requirements for automating daily property management functions. Our system was developed to address specific property management needs.

CAMS

Our Customer Account Management System (CAMS) solution is an integrated, web-enabled Customer Care and Billing system. It includes all the basic functionality needed to perform customer account management and billing processes.

Vendor Managment

The Pinnacle Vendor Management System provides a web-enabled solution for effective management, tracking and communications between a client company and their vendors. This system allows for classification of Vendors by NAICS and SICS Codes, as well as other key Vendor information (e.g. certifications).
